Cold-Formed Steel Plus, LLC (CFS Plus) is a consulting engineering firm specializing in the design of cold-formed steel framing. Our experience working with consulting engineering firms, real estate development companies, framing contractors and steel framing manufacturers give us a unique perspective in the design-build process.

Principal/Owner
Matthew Saari, P.E. has been designing cold-formed steel framing for over twenty-five years. Prior to founding Cold-Formed Steel Plus, LLC, Mr. Saari worked for a cold-formed steel framing manufacturer, a curtain wall consulting engineering firm and a large national real estate development company. Mr. Saari is a licensed professional engineer in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
